On the occasion of the upcoming official visit of the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, the Chamber of Commerce of Spain, the State Secretariat for Trade (through ICEX Spain Trade and Investment), and the Spanish Confederation of Employers’ Organisations (CEOE) are organising a Mauritania–Spain Business Forum on 16 July at the FASQ Hotel (Avenue Moktar Ould Daddah, Nouakchott).

Mauritania represents a strategic investment opportunity for Spanish companies in key sectors such as mining, sustainable fishing, agriculture, renewable energy, and port logistics. The country is committed to economic diversification and attracting foreign investment, positioning itself as an emerging platform for companies seeking to expand in West Africa.

A visa is required to enter Mauritanian territory, so we recommend that you submit your application well in advance via the official website of the National Agency for Civil Registration and Secure Documents: https://anrpts.gov.mr/visa/requestvisa

We hope to count on your participation, or that of a suitable representative from your company.
