Use of the camara.es website attributes the status of user and implies full acceptance of each and every provision included in this Legal Notice, which may be subject to changes.

The User is required to make proper use of this website in compliance with legislation, good faith and public order, business practice and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to the CCE or third parties for any damages or compensation that may occur through improper use of the website.

2. Conditions of use and access

The website and its services are provided freely and without charge, however, the the CCE may condition the use of some Services to prior completion of the corresponding form. The User guarantees that all the information provided to the CCE is authentic and up-to-date and accepts sole liability for any untrue, inexact or false information provided.

The User expressly undertakes to use the content and services of camara.es in an appropriate manner and shall not:

a) Disseminate criminal, violent, pornographic, racist, xenophobic or offensive content or content glorifying terrorism, or in general, any unlawful content or content breaching public order.

b) Introduce computer viruses or undertake actions which may alter, damage, interrupt or otherwise cause errors or failures in the CCE's electronic documents, data or physical and logical systems or those of third parties; or to hinder access to other website users and/or its services by means of the mass use of the resources the CCE employs to provide its services.

c) Attempt to access the email accounts of other users or restricted areas in the IT systems of the CCE or third parties and extract information.

d) Infringe on the intellectual or industrial copyright or breach the confidentiality of the CCE or third parties.

e) Assume the identity of another User, public administrations or a third party.

f) Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available to others or in any way communicate publicly, transform or modify the Content without authorisation from the holder of the corresponding rights or unless legally permitted to do so.

g) Gather data for advertising purposes and send advertising of any kind or sales or business communications without the prior request or authorisation of Users.

All of the content on this website such as texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, as well as the graphic design and source code are the property of the CCE and under no circumstances shall it be understood that the exploitation rights have been transferred to the User beyond that strictly necessary to correctly use the website.

Ultimately, those Users accessing this website can visualize content and make authorised private copies if required as long as the elements reproduced are not subsequently transferred to third parties or are installed on connected servers or are exploited in any way.

Likewise, all trademarks, trade names or logos of any kind appearing on the website are property of the CCE and it may not be construed that use or access to them confers the User any rights to them.

The distribution, modification, transfer or public communication of the content and any other act not expressly authorized by the holder of the rights of exploitation are prohibited.

The contents of this website is general in nature and is for informational purposes only, no guarantees are made as to full access to all content, or its completeness, correctness, validity or currency, or suitability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The CCE does not accept, as far as permitted by law, any liability for damages of any kind arising from:

a) The inability to access the website or a lack of veracity, accuracy, completeness and / or currency of the content, in addition to the existence of flaws or defects of any kind in the content transmitted, distributed, stored or made available and that has been accessed through the website or the services it offers.

b) The presence of viruses or other elements in the content that may cause alterations to the User's IT systems, electronic documents or data.

c) Failure to comply with the laws, good faith, public order, business practices and this Legal Notice as a result of improper use of the website. In particular, and by way of example, the CCE is not responsible for the actions of third parties that violate rights of intellectual property, trade secrets, rights to honour, personal and family privacy and image, as well as unfair competition and illegal advertising.

Furthermore, the CCE declines any responsibility regarding the information that falls outside this Website and is not managed by our webmaster. The purpose of the links that appear on this website is exclusively to inform the user about the existence of other sources likely to expand the content offered by this website. The CCE does not guarantee or accept responsibility for the operation or accessibility of the linked sites; nor suggest, invite or recommend a visit to them, and is therefore not be responsible for the results obtained. The CCE is not responsible for the establishment of hyperlinks by third parties.

5. Privacy policy

When we need information from you, we will always expressly ask that you voluntarily provide it. Data collected through the website's data collection forms or by other means shall be incorporated into an automated personal data file under the responsibility of the CCE. This entity will process the data confidentially and exclusively for the purpose of providing the services requested, fully meeting all the guarantees and security imposed by Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

The CCE undertakes not to transfer, sell, or share data with third parties without  express approval. Furthermore, the CCE shall cancel or rectify the data when inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary or relevant for their purpose, in accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data.

Users may revoke consent and exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by addressing requests to the offices of the CCE indicated in Clause 1 of this Legal Notice, properly identifying themselves and visibly indicating the specific right exercised.

The CCE has in place the corresponding security measures required by the Regulation on Security Measures approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December. However, the CCE accepts no responsibility for any damages resulting from alterations that third parties may cause to users' IT systems, electronic documents or files.

The CCE may use cookies while providing website services. Cookies are physical files of personal information stored on the user's terminal. Users are able to configure their browsers in order to disable cookie file creation or warn if it occurs.

If users choose to leave our website via links to websites outside our organization, the CCE shall not be responsible for the privacy practices of said websites or the cookies that they may be stored on users' computers.

6. Procedure in cases of illicit activities

In the event that any User or third party considers that there is evidence or circumstances revealing that content has been used illegally and / or that such activity is being carried out on the websites included or accessible through the website, they should send notification to the CCE providing proof of identity, specifying the alleged violations and expressly stating that the information provided in the notification is accurate under their own responsibility.

7. Publications

The administrative information provided through the website does not replace the legal publication of the laws, regulations, plans, general provisions and acts which must be formally published in the official state journals, which is the only instrument that attests to their authenticity and content. The information available on this website must be understood as a guide without legal validity.
